You Know You Want One!

So if you’ve seen or heard at least something about the Apple Watch (who hasn’t?), you may be a bit envious.  If you have one, congrats.

Another sophisticated gadget to mess with?  Yes.  But, valuable to your fitness plan?  Possibly.  It IS cool, no matter what your age, right?

Tracking, with some sort of wrist tracker (Withings, Fitbit, etc.), can help you to move more because you’re more aware of that movement.  It can be fun too, by challenging a family member or friend to keep up with you!

Anyway, it’s a good video that makes you want to look as good as the models in it.  Just remember it’s about YOU, not them!
