Almonds & Cranberries:  Limits post-munchie blood sugar spikes and they keep you feeling full.

Directions:  Combine 2 tablespoons of raw almonds and 1 tablespoon of dried cranberries.

Apple Splices & Almond Butter:  A great snack before your workout because it provides healthy amounts of protein, fat and low GI carrbs to energize your workout.

Directions:  Slice one apple into wedges and serve with two tablespoons of almond butter.
